Cal. 8mm Mauser. S# 677B. Bbl. 22 1/2". Receiver is marked on left side "G.41 677B ac43" indicating Walther mfg. Desirable late production G41 semi auto rifle predecessor to K43. Rifle has very nice appearance. All visible serial numbers match including receiver, locking lugs, firing pin carrier, bolt & bolt cover. Tangent rear sight graduated to 2,000m. Blade front sight. Cleaning rod & bayonet lug are present. Provision for side sling. Cup type buttplate. Laminated buttstock w/ composite handguard. CONDITION: stock set has been given mild arsenal type refinish obscuring stock markings. Metal has enhanced finish w/ 90% blue. Rifle has very light wear & scattered handling marks. Notable loss of wood around buttplate. Fair worn bore turning dark in grooves. (20-895/RW). CURIO. $3,000-4,000.
