Butt is marked "U.S. / ARMY / MODEL / 1903" above lanyard ring & "No. / 203 / 672" behind lanyard ring. 2 Piece walnut grips. S# indicates 1903 mfg. CONDITION: 75% dull lightly faded blue showing spots of light pitting. Sideplate has sm. dents showing evidence of touch up finish. Hammer retains 75% nickel finish. Grips show finish wear w/ scattered sm. dents & handling marks. Bore shows scattered light pitting. (20-808/DS). CURIO. $400-600.
