1) HESSE CETME SPORTER. Cal. 308. S# 6006150. Bbl. 19 1/2" including muzzle brake. CETME 308 semi auto variant of the well known battle rifle that eventually lead to the iconic HK G3 & model 91. Original wood furniture front & rear. Hooded protected post front sight. 4 Position rotating rear sight (not HK drum). MAGS: 1 steel 5 rd. CONDITION: metal surfaces painted dark black w/ scattered light scuff marks. Wood furniture common from this era & region display impressions & oil staining typical of armory sourcing. Shiny bore w/ strong rifling. (19-5890/JZ). MODERN. 2) BUSHMASTER ASSAULT. Cal. 5.56mm. S# F01301. Bbl. 18 1/2". A nice example of the unique early original mfg. by Bushmaster Firearms in Portland ME. The operating system utilizes technology typical of both the AR-15, such as rotating bolt & AK47 style Op Rod. A1 Style flash hider. Bayonet lug. Protected post elevation adj. front sight. Windage adj. flip up dual aperture rear sight. Camouflage painted front & rear stocks. MAGS: 1 aluminum 30 rd. OKAY Industries. CONDITION: finish on exposed metal surfaces has been prone to light scratching & rubbing probably in storage. Top area of bolt exhibits thinning finish where it interfaces w/ receiver. Wood furniture camouflage pattern is uninterrupted & free from any major defect, only exhibiting a few light depressions. Bore is clean w/ strong rifling. Firing mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. (19-5897/JZ). BOTH MODERN. $800-1,300.
