Please note we are always looking for consignment lots of any sports related
memorbillia and sports cards. Cards can be graded, ungraded singles, full
sets, boxes of packs or just large lots from your closet!
We are also happy to take in items like Comics, Marvel collectibles, Pokemon,
Hot Wheels, signed photos, model kits, war gaming models, coins, sci-fi &
fantasy themed collectibles, model trains, sealed & vintage board games,
movie props, drones, LEGO and anything else collectible and vintage for our
forthcoming collectible auctions.
We are accepting consignments 7 days a week at our store in Agassiz, give
us a call or email for details! We are open to picking up your collection as well,
please contact us to work out the details.
All items will be stored in a safe, secure and fully insured location.

All items ship by Canada Post shipping will begin after items have been paid in full. Shipping rates vary by location.
Payment Details:
Credit Cards will be processed for payment immediately after auction concludes. A second fee will be charged for shipping and handling once item is packed and accurate shipping costs are established.

Buyers must satisfy themselves to the condition, identity and authenticity prior to bidding on an item and shall not make objections after the sale.

All purchases are bought AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees are applicable to any purchases.
There are no Returns or Refunds.
A online bidding premium may be applied to each lot purchased on the Internet. Federal GST and corresponding Provincial Sales Tax will apply to all purchases where applicable.
You agree that by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition and with description provided whether accurate or not.
When using our online auction services you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
KOA Auctions controls the bidding, and in case of a dispute the decision by KOS Auctions will be final.
You agree that all sales are final. Upon your becoming the Purchase of an item, that item shall immediately become your responsibility and be at your risk (whether you have paid for that item or not). You agree that KOS Auctions and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 5 days of the auction, unless further arrangements have been made. All items are left at your own risk and responsibility.
KOS Auctions will hold purchases until payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
Items will not be released until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions.

Shipping Details:
Invoice total and shipping cost will be done under separate charges. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to the purchaser. We use Canada Post for shipping out the winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. Shipping charges will include $5 handling fee per shipment.
