Overall length: 15". Blade is engraved, “Alles fur Deutschland” & is marked, “J.P. SAUER & SOHN SUHL (Hercules standing) GEGR, 1751”. German silver crossguard, pommel & eagle. Enameled SA button. Unfinished black walnut grip. Scabbard has plated mounts w/ a gold plated body. The correct hanger is attached to the scabbard. CONDITION: blade has areas of oxidation w/ light pitting. Crossguard & pommel show light wear. Grip has no finish & minor staining. Scabbard paint is peeling & there are spots of active corrosion. Hanger shows light wear. (02-15191/BF). $300-400.
