Cal. 38-56 WCF. S# 52469. Bbl. 26" oct. w/ Rocky Mountain style front sight & semi buckhorn sporting rear sight. Full length mag. Case colored action. Walnut forearm & straight grip stock w/ crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. 1891. CONDITION: bbl. & mag. tube retain 70% dull worn blue showing edge wear. Action retains some lightly visible case colors w/ balance fading to silvery gray patina. Sanded & refinished wood shows some handling marks. Bore is generally bright w/ sound rifling showing sm. dark spots near muzzle. (01-17424/DS). ANTIQUE. $2,000-2,750.
