Cal. 44 WCF. S# 138295A. Bbl. 24" rnd. Original sporting front sight & replacement flat top adj. rear sight. Top tang has open holes for sight attachment. Full length mag. Side plates, crescent butt plate, dust cover, nose cap & mag. band have added gold anodized finish. Walnut forearm & straight grip stock. 1883 Mfg. CONDITION: bbl., mag. tube & action retain 98% reblued finish showing spots of remaining pitting. Buttplate retains 90% gold anodizing. Other anodized parts are fading to silver. Refinished stock & forearm shows numerous scratches & marks. Bore is generally bright w/ sound rifling showing some light pitting. (01-17680/DS). ANTIQUE. $750-1,250.
