Cal. 28. S# 727. Bbl. 3 1/2" oct. w/ bead front sight. 6 Shot rnd. cyl. Iron frame w/ spur trigger. 2 Piece walnut grips. Estimated qty. less than 2000, mfg. 1860-1867. CONDITION: metal has faded to gray mottled patina showing some scattered light pitting. Hammer will not hold in cock position. Grips have darkened appearance at butt. Pitted bore retains largely intact rifling. (01-17721/DS). ANTIQUE. $400-600.
