Wildlife artist Vickie McMillan-Hayes has donated an original 16”x20” painting of your choice. Vickie will create a special and unique painting of your favorite wildlife, domestic animal/fowl, landscape or a memorable trip from either a photograph or on location at your ranch. Your original painting could be a wonderful gift as an anniversary, birthday, wedding or memorial for you and your loved one. There is an additional cost for travel and lodging if Vickie paints on location over 100 miles from Katy, Texas. Framing is not included. For an extra fee, you can apply the value to a larger size painting. The following are just a few who have commissioned Vickie for work, John and Melanie Pepper, Mitzi McCorvey and Ralph and Deb Cunningham, Darrell and Cheryl Kainer, Scott and Tonya Garrett. Vickie McMillan-Hayes, was the HSC and SCI Houston Artist of the Year, is a lifetime member of the HSCF, and has donated many original paintings and giclee prints over the years. Vickie is known for creating breathtaking wildlife and nature paintings that advance global conservation causes. She is passionate about educating youth in the arts in conjunction with wildlife conservation. Each year at the convention, she works with students attending the HSCF Youth Education and Hunting program to create a collaborative work of art for auction. Since 2010, she has served as a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Art Judge. Her works of art are in-demand among discriminating collectors of fine art and have been exhibited in such museums and locations such as: the U.S. Department of State/ Art of Embassies; The Briscoe Western Art Museum, Night of the Artists; South Eastern Wildlife Expo, California Art Club and the Salmagundi Club in New York; front cover of the Artists for Conservation calendar; published in The Artist's; Southwest Art, Fine Art Connoisseur, National Oil & Acrylic Painter, Plein Air Magazine; North Light Books', Best of AcrylicWorks, and Richeson75.
