Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Debit, or E-transfer upon pickup. All payments are in Canadian Dollars. All Items MUST be paid for within 24 hours upon receipt/invoice email of winning an item. Successful bidders have entered a contractual obligation to pickup their item(s)
within the specified pickup time schedule. Winning bidders are not entitled to possession of items until they have been paid for in FULL. A 15% buyers premium is applied to the total winning bid amount, in addition to applicable sales taxes (5% GST and 7% PST). Winning bidders have until the absolute latest of 5PM the Sunday following the Saturday Auction to pickup and pay for their item(s). Any items not picked up by 5:00PM on the Sunday following the auction will be deemed abandoned/forfeited.
The bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be automatically charged at 8:00AM on the Sunday following the Saturday auction, unless a different payment method is selected by buyer.

For any reason, no sale can be disputed/invalidated for any reason of discrepancy in item description or images. Once a bid is placed, it's assumed
the bidder has accepted an item's condition and agrees to all terms and conditions set out when placing a bid.

**PICKUP TIME SCHEDULE**: The winning bidder has from the hours of 8AM to 5:00PM on the Sunday following the Saturday Auction to pick up items won, at the pickup address provided (Unit 4 - 9530 189 Street, Surrey BC)
Pickup is also available the same-day of winning the auction, ONLY UNTIL 3PM.
The bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be automatically charged at 6:00PM on the Sunday. The winning bidder will then have an additional 24 hours to pickup, but MUST contact Peak Auctions to do so to arrange a pickup time within the 24 hours. If after the 24 hours the bidder still fails to make pickup arrangements, the items are deemed abandoned and become the property of Peak Auctions.
SATURDAY PICKUP: Until 3PM.
SUNDAY PICKUP: ANYTIME FROM 8AM to 5PM.
ANY ITEM NOT PAID FOR/NOT PICKED UP BY THE DEADLINE IS LEFT AT BUYERS RISK. NO HOLDS, NO SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS. Any item left past the pickup time schedule is subject to disposal/removal and
deemed abandoned.
Peak Auctions holds the right to resell any abandoned items not picked up by the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of their won items. We encourage all individuals to bring their own bags and/or boxes. Large/heavy items require the buyer to arrange their own help to remove said items. We are unable to provide equipment or aid in
offloading/removal of items.
