Main Description: Barrel is Belgian manufactured, lock marked US Watertown with Eagle and 1864 date. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched rear sight with three leafs, tapered round barrel, hammer and frizzen function. One piece smooth full military wood stock, straight grip, inspector initials H.S in a rectangle on left side, smooth curved steel butt plate, tang marked US, One lock screw appears newer. Sling swivels, steel ramrod.
Wear: Metal finish turning silver grey with light pitting, rust speckles, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
