Action: Single Shot Hinged Block Rifle
Main Description: This rifle shows damage/modifications around receiver and breechblock (possibly not fireable). Blade front sight with ramp, rear sight leaf broken off, base and windage screw present, side lock has US Eagle with checkered spur hammer that functions, rear tang screw is a replacement. One piece smooth full military wood stock, forearm channel is chipped, straight grip cracked and repaired with chips and cracks behind lock and receiver, smooth curved steel butt plate, tang marked US, right side of stock numbered 219, sling swivels front is bent, missing stacking swivel, has the ramrod.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, light rust, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
