Main Description: Consignor states: Arsenal Shortened forend. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, tapered round barrel, smooth lock marked US Springfield with Eagle and checkered spur hammer that functions. One piece smooth full military wood stock, ramrod channel chipped, straight grip chipped and cracked behind lock and behind receiver, left side of wrist has inspectors initials 1890 date, smooth curved steel butt plate, tang marked US, sling swivels, missing cleaning rod.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with light pitting, rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
