Military survival belt likely from Vietnam War with included tools and a dagger. The belt comes with five pouches for holding equipment. Tied to the belt is a wooden-handled military knife, marked at the pommel with 'Ontario 10-76'. The knife is stored in a leather sheath in one of the pouches. Other pouches contain one leather sheathe, marked with 'Case-XX', a yellow ribbon, a water bottle, a signaling mirror with 'Ground/Air Emergency Code', a whistle, a first aid booklet, and a 'Mandatory General Packet No. 2A' containing coffee lozenges, gummy candy, matches, and rescue signals instruction packet. Belt is approx. 42 inches long. Parts of the belt bear some slight mildew. Included in lot is an overseas military cap and a WWII garment bag. Cap is marked on inside with 'F2234 - Friley - 6 3/4 B'. Garment bag has original owner's marking on the side, 'M. Sgt. Robert J. Fling - 13280790'. Bag is in heavy used condition. Approx. 17 x 23.5 inches.
