Main Description: Manufactured by National Postal Meter. This carbine was reworked after WWII for the German Police with matching etched numbers and modified rear sight. Blade front sight with ears and ramp, adjustable u notched rear sight, blued finish, barrel marked Underwood 7-43 wtih flaming bomb, rear sight dovetail in receiver filled in, flat bolt, push button safety. Two piece smooth full military wood stocks, pistol grip, checkered steel butt plate, rear oiler, front swivel with green canvas military sling and barrel band with no bayonet lug.
Wear: Metal fnish shows some scratches, handling marks and wear. Stocks show Some marks, scratches and wear.
