Pete Ray’s Hunting South Texas is offering a 3-Day Hog and Javelina hunt for 2 hunters that includes 1 hog and 1 javelina per hunter.

The Brush Country of South Texas is not only home to huge whitetails it is also home to wild hogs, javelinas, bobcats, coyotes and a number of other animals which may be hunted every day of the year. Hunting these animals can be a great challenge.

Pete Ray’s hunts take place on several different large ranches totaling 6,000 acres located close to the town of Pearsall, Texas (60 miles south of San Antonio).

Hunting takes place during late morning & afternoon hours when these animals are most active. Methods of hunting wild hogs and javelina include spot and stalk, safari-style and still hunting over corn feeders and baited ranch roads.

Coyotes and bobcats are common in the Brush Country of South Texas. Pete Ray does not offer a predator hunt package, but you can predator hunt while on your hog or javelina hunt, or if time allows, Pete will take you out predator hunting.

Included: 3 days of guided hunting, meals, lodging and non-alcohol beverages (can be purchased locally), 1 hog and 1 javelina per hunter and predator hunting is also included.

Not Included: Transportation to/from the lodge, San Antoino car rental is available for those flying in for the hunt, License Type C-157 $48. Additional Days at $350 per day, per hunter. Whitetail deer, turkeys and exotics can be harvested during the appropriate season on a per trophy basis. Extra hunters can be added at $1050 per hunter and observers are welcome at $125 per day.

Schedule Dates: With the Outfitter. There is no closed season on hogs and javelina.
