A Buyer's Premium of 6% will be added to the final bid and will constitute a portion of the selling price.
The Successful Bidder will be required to complete a UNCONDITIONAL Purchase Contract and forward a non-refundable 10% deposit within 48 hours of the completion of the auction which the office of Miller Thomson will present to the Court. There is a reserving right to accept or reject the final bid by the courts, and the lease interest shall be subject to approval by the Edmonton Regional Air
