(Tokyo Disneyland, c.1990s) A hand-painted fish prop used as a color sample by Disney Imagineers for use in Splash Mountain at Tokyo Disneyland. An earlier design of the fish appeared inside the fishbowl-style fuel pumps at Goofy's Gas at Mickey's Toontown. Composed of molded fiberglass, the Imagineering color reference is painted on one side. Measuring 11"x10.25" this unique item is in fine condition with minor signs of handling from intended use.
