Description Update 11-15-2024: Blue rates closer to 97-98%
serial #K139904, 38 Special, 4'' barrel with an excellent bore. This early 1950s five-screw revolver remains in excellent condition showing light use. It retains about 99% original blue showing minor edge wear, a few tiny spots of light oxidation, and handling marks. The service trigger and hammer retain beautiful swirls of case-hardened colors. The diamond checkered walnut factory Magna grips feature silver S&W medallions, are numbered to the gun, and remain in excellent condition. This gun features a Baughman ramp front sight, black blade micro adjustable rear sight, and all appropriate parts are correctly numbered to the gun. An excellent Combat Masterpiece.
