Cal. 30 RF. S# 672. Bbl. 2 7/8" oct. to rnd. w/ German silver semi circle front sight. Early model w/out extractor. Fish tail shaped 2 piece rosewood grips. Left side of bbl. & left side of frame under grips have matching # "672". Estimated quantity produced is believed to be under 1,200, 1864-1876. CONDITION: metal has frosted gray appearance from cleaning w/ very light pitting. Top bbl. flat has legible 2 line address marking. Refinished grips show cracks through screw hole area. Bore is dark w/ partially intact rifling & spots of pitting. (01-17035/DS). ANTIQUE. $750-1,250.
