Nickel finished lg. iron frame w/ spur trigger, bushed firing pin, mushroom style release button, linkage operated extractor having slotted buttcap for stock attachment. 2 Piece walnut grips. Bbl., frame & stock have matching numbers. Estimated production 4,000, 1872-1900. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 11" nickel finished detachable shoulder stock. CONDITION: frame retains 70% nickel w/ area of carry wear at bottom front portion. Stock retains over 90% nickel showing sm. spots of freckling & corrosion. Bbl. retains 50% dull fading blue. Grips have moderately worn finish w/ handling marks. Bore retains lightly worn rifling showing spots of light pitting. (01-17018/DS). ANTIQUE. $900-1,200.
