Cal. 32 RF. S# 13802. Bbl. 17 5/8" rnd. w/ oct. shank & blue finish. Combination globe front sight w/ proper late style combination folding rear sight as found on the No. 40. Late style nickel finished iron frame w/out sideplate. Features include cast iron trigger guard, linkage operated extractor, mushroom shaped release button, bushed firing pin, checkered hammer, checkered trigger & slotted buttcap for stock attachment. 2 Piece walnut grips. Estimated production 18,000, 1875-1896. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 11 1/2" nickel finished detachable iron shoulder stock w/ mismatched number "13702". CONDITION: bbl. retains 90% lightly worn blue. Frame & stock have over 60% nickel finish. Grips show areas of blistered finish w/ handling marks. Bore is bright w/ strong rifling. (01-17197/DS). ANTIQUE. $700-1,000.
