A Starfleet welder uniform from Star Trek Into Darkness. Welders worked in the Section 31 secret base that was located beneath the Kelvin Memorial Library before it was destroyed in a massive explosion. The costume includes a chrome welding helmet and fabric facemask, welding top (large), loader's jumpsuit (marked size 40), leather gloves, and a pair of shoes (10M). The chrome-plated welding helmet is made of plastic with auto-darkening filter lenses and includes a sizing band that fits around the head. The cropped welding top is made of flame-resistant material and covers the arms and upper torso. Stitched over the left breast is a foam Starfleet patch. The custom-made jumpsuit is made of heavy nylon with a zipper at the front and also features a Starfleet patch at the chest. Both the gloves and the shoes are made of leather. Also included are wardrobe tags with hand-written notes about the costume. The jumpsuit is the incorrect color for the welders; it was used in the production by a Starfleet loader, but is included as it is similar in style.Estimate: $600 - 800*Estimated sale price; sold without reserve.
