A Starfleet operations division insignia from Star Trek. Operations insignias were attached to members' uniforms within Starfleet operations, including that of Lt. Commander Scotty. The insignia is made of resin, includes a strip of unused double-sided tape for attaching to the wearer's clothing and is painted silver to appear metallic.
