Cal. 30-40 Krag. S# 137276. Bbl. 30". Model 1901 ladder rear sight graduated to 2000yds. Blade front sight. Walnut stock set. Stock has faint boxed JSA 1898 inspectors mark. Encircled script "P" under grip. Trap buttplate has curved toe. Vintage military style sling. Brass muzzle cover & sight protector. CONDITION: Stock set has light professional type refinish w/ slight loss of wood around buttplate & receiver tang. Buttstock has repaired crack extending from trigger guard upward into comb area w/ sm. filled area at comb. Metal has traces of blue turning overall gray w/ patina & light wear. Bore is dark but retains strong rifling. (21-998/RW). CURIO. $700-900.
