Cal. 30-06. S# 3391910. Bbl. 24", marked "3SAI 45" under slide indicating Springfield bbl. w/ 3-45 date. Pistol grip walnut stock & handguard. Left side of stock has inspection mark "S.A./N.F.R" followed by cross cannon acceptance mark. Front of pistol grip has "P" firing proof. Green web sling. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: cleaning kit in trapdoor buttplate. CONDITION: 70% lightly worn & fading parkerized finish showing edge wear. Refinished stock w/ numerous scratches & dents. Handguard has crack extending from front of receiver. Bore retains intact rifling w/ darkened grooves having spots of pitting near muzzle. (20-1401/DS). CURIO. $700-1,100.
