1) SPRINGFIELD 1870 US NAVY . Cal. 50-70 CF. NSN. Bbl. 30 1/2". Blade front sight & broken folding leaf rear sight. Right side of action is marked "USN / SPRINGFIELD / 1870". 2 Band forearm & walnut musket stock w/ steel buttplate. Right side of stock has obscured marking that appears to be "GO". Leather sling on original swivels. Button tipped slotted cleaning rod. CONDITION: metal has mottled gray coloration w/ heavy pitting that appears to be the result of exposure to heat or fire. Dark heavily worn forearm is missing lg. chips having deep dents & handling marks. Stock is heavily sanded & refinished showing dents & handling marks w/ sm. cracks at top tang & buttplate peak. Dark deeply pitted bore. (01-17632/DS). 2) REMINGTON NO. 1. Cal. 43 Spanish. NSN. Bbl. 33 7/8" w/ bayonet lug on right side. Blade front sight w/ military graduated leaf rear sight. Tang has 3 Line address, last patent date March 18, 1874. 3 Band forearm & musket walnut stock w/ steel buttplate & gold anodized sling swivels, bbl. bands & nose cap. Replacement slotted tip cleaning rod. CONDITION: metal has faded gray appearance showing general light pitting. Rear sight is missing slide. Stock & forearm have dark worn appearance w/ dents, heavy gouges & sm. chips. Bore is generally bright w/ worn rifling & sm. spots of pitting. (01-17633/DS). 3) REMINGTON NO.1. Cal. 43 Spanish. NSN. Bbl. 35" w/ blade front sight & graduated leaf military rear sight. 3 Band forearm & walnut musket stock w/ steel buttplate & sling swivels. CONDITION: bbl. & action are heavily pitted. Stock & forearm have age darkened appearance w/ heavy wear, deep dents having numerous cracks & chips around action, buttplate & ramrod channel. Cleaning rod is not present. Pitted bore w/ heavily worn rifling. (01-17638/DS). 4) REMINGTON NO. 1. Cal. 43 Spanish. NSN. Bbl. 33 3/4" w/ bayonet lug on right side. Blade front sight w/ graduated leaf military rear sight missing slide. Tang has partially visible 2 line address. 3 Band forearm & walnut musket stock w/ steel buttplate & sling swivels. Left side of stock has "G" in a circle marking. Right side of stock has hand cut initials "HE", "E", & "R". CONDITION: metal finish has faded to gray w./ light pitting & numerous sm. dents. Stock & forearm have age darkened worn appearance w/ heavy dents having chips around buttplate, bbl. channel & cleaning rod channel. Cleaning rod is not present. Dark heavily pitted bore.
