Cal. 56-50. S# 16306. Bbl. 22" rnd. Blade front sight & graduated folding leaf rear sight. Lever operated action loads w/ 7 rd. insert through stock. Action is fitted w/ Stabler cutoff & has saddle ring bar on right side. Band fastened walnut forearm & straight grip carbine stock w/ sling swivel & steel carbine buttplate. Left side of stock has clear cartouche. CONDITION: metal has areas of lightly faded blue blending w/ patina, dents & sm. spots of pitting. Refinished wood shows numerous scratches & handling marks. Mag. is intact. Bore is bright retaining sound rifling showing scattered very light pitting. (01-17067/DS). ANTIQUE. $1,000-1,750.
