This is a three-day professionally guided hunt near Pollock, South Dakota (about 1 1/2 hours south of Bismarck, North Dakota) for two hunters. Each hunter can take up to five pheasants a day (including three wild birds during South Dakota’s open season) over bird dogs from 800 acres of private preserve that has both wild and supplemented birds and an additional 4500 acres of private wild free ranging habitat. The trip can be taken between August and November of either 2024 or 2025. The donation includes four nights lodging, all meals and beverages, cleaning of your birds, and transportation during the trip. Guides and dogs are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own bird dog if you would like. Tips, license fees, shotgun rental, ammunition, and transport to and from Pollock are not included.

Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
