Main Description: Manufactured by Enfield 1870. Replaced blade front sight, u notched ladder rear sight missing leaf with replaced pin, shortened barrel marked steel, MKIII Breechblock patch, missing hinge pin screw, extractor spring is broken, lock marked with Crown VR, checkered spur hammer that functions. One piece smooth sporterized wood stock, cracked behind receiver, straight grip, smooth brass butt plate, tang marked 48, partial roundel on right side, single barrel band.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, light rust, handling marks and wear. Stock shows some marks, scratches and wear.
