Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched rear sight marked Ellis missing top leaf and screw, lock marked Crown VR with checkered spur hammer that functions, missing nipple protector. One piece smooth sporterized wood stock cracked on left side, straight grip cracked behind lock, smooth brass butt plate marked MS 40, Right side of stock has partial roundel, left side has DC in a diamond indicating Dominion of Canada Issue, stock cracked and repaired at toe, single barrel band.
Wear: Metal finish turning silver grey with pitting, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
