Main Description: Manufactured by Enfield 1862. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched rear sight missing the spring screw, receiver stamped with 18, lock marked Crown VR with checkered spur hammer that functions, missing nipple protector. One piece smooth full military wood stock, straight grip, smooth brass butt plate which is slightly bent, tang marked 51/326 (51st Battalion, Hemmingford Rangers), right side of stock has partial roundel, left side has DC in a diamond indicating Dominion of Canada issue, toe of stock has been broken and repaired, sling swivels, ramrod.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with light rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
