Main Description: Manufactured by Enfield 1862. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, lock marked Crown VR with checkered spur hammer that functions, missing nipple protector. One piece smooth full military wood stock, ramrod channel is chipped, straight grip, small crack behind lock, stock cracked on left side at front side plate screw, smooth steel butt plate with unmarked tang, Enfield roundel on right side of stock, left side has DC 25/56 (Grenville Battalion, Lisgar Rifles) in a diamond indicating Dominion of Canada issue, sling swivels, bayonet lug, ramrod.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
