Main Description: This carbine has a smooth bore, the chamber is heavily scored does not appear to be fireable. Barley corn front sight with ramp, missing complete rear sight, round barrel, side lock marked Crown VR BSA Co 1872 with checkered spur hammer that functions, newly made nipple protector. One piece smooth full military wood stock, straight grip, smooth brass butt plate, tang marked with number 9, sling swivels, ramrod.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with rust, pitting, handling marks and wear. Stock shows some small cracks, chips, handling marks and wear.
