Cal. 41. S# 668. Probably the most recognizable of most American cartridge derringers, this pistol was made as early as 1866 & went through several transitions. This being among the last w/ bbl. address "REMINGTON ARMS--U.M.C. CO. ILION NY". This variety was made from around 1912-1930, this being an early example w/ 3 digit S#. CONDITION: very good overall, retaining strong traces of original bright blue finish. Fine action & bright rifled bores. (20-197/JS). CURIO. $300-400.
