Cal. 36. S# 3878. Bbl. 7 1/2" oct. w/ cone style front sight. Rnd. 6 shot cyl. Blue finish w/ brass trigger guard. 2 Piece walnut grips. Estimated quantity 14,500 mfg. 1861-1862. CONDITION: metal finish is faded to mottled gray brown showing scattered spots of light pitting. Grips have dark worn appearance showing handling marks w/ sm. dents at butt. Bore has dull frosted appearance over worn rifling w/ a partial ring from debris damage approx. 2" from muzzle. (01-16867/DS). ANTIQUE. $800-1,200.
