Cal. 44 C.F.W (44-40). S# 798. Bbl. 5 3/4" w/ blade front sight & bottom mounted ejector housing lacking the Model 1875 web. 6 Shot fluted cyl. Nickel finish. 2 Piece checkered hard rubber grips w/ "RA" marking on top panels. Butt is fitted w/ lanyard ring. Approx. 2,020 mfg. 1891-1896. CONDITION: 90% slightly dulled nickel finish showing spots of wear, freckling & discoloration. Grips show light wear, right panel is chipped at bottom. Bore retains lightly worn rifling showing scattered areas of very light pitting. (01-16854/DS). ANTIQUE. $2,500-4,000.
