Cal. 50 CF. NSN. Bbl. 7" rnd. Top of bbl. is marked "I / J. M. B. C" over Navy anchor. Rolling block action is marked "P / F.C.W." on right side. Left side has 2 line Remington address w/ last patent date of April 17,1866. Walnut forearm & 1 piece grip. CONDITION: bbl. & action retain a sm. amount of dull faded finish showing scattered handling marks & spots of pitting. Wood has a age darkened heavily worn appearance w/ deep dents, chips & sm. cracks. Bore is generally bright w/ strong rifling showing some spots of pitting near muzzle. (01-17106/DS). ANTIQUE. $600-1,000.
