RARE MAUSER HSC WITH NAZI NAVY INSPECTIONS
SERIAL NUMBER 912851 BARREL 3 3/8" CALIBER 7.65 / 32 ACP MANUFACTURED CIRCA 1941. Procured by the WW2 German Kriegsmarine as a replacement for the model 1934 Mauser. This example has blue finish, checkered walnut grips and is inspected with the Nazi Navy Waffenampt (M/111/6) on the right rear of trigger guard. Serial number places this as the 4th variation as identified by Jan Stills book "AXIS PISTOLS" on page 172. The HSC Mauser Kriegsmarine is the least frequently encountered Navy issued German pistol of the WW2 era. CONDITION, Very fine with over 90% blue finish remaining. Fine grips with no chips. Excellent bright bore and properly operating action. Matching numbers on frame, slide and barrel.C&R
