Cal. 12 Ga. S# 13ACP9902. Bbl. 19". The VEPR-12, as w/ its close relative the Saiga-12, have become extremely desirable shotguns, especially since halting sales from Russia. A true VEPR-12 made in Russian by Molet in a configuration very close to its original. Dark matte black finish on all exposed metal surfaces. The muzzle appears to to have a permanently affixed extension. Protected post front sight on far end of gas block w/ a 2" picatinny rail section at 6 o’clock. RPK ribbed style forend & heat shield w/ 4" rail at 6 o’clock & 2" rails at 3, 9 o’clock. Rear sight is RPK style, unique windage & elevation adj., marked to 1000m. The primary controls are located on the right side of receiver in the typical AK design w/ an extended thumb shelf above the pistol grip on the same side & an improvised extension on left side. The traditional VEPR side folding stock employs the adj. rubber coated cheek piece; however, the hinged unit is blocked from engaging by a tiny weld & washer on left side, stopping it from sliding forward to disengage. Factory pistol grip. MAGS: 1-5 rd. factory mag. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory box. CONDITION: all outward appearances indicate this firearm has not been utilized beyond factory test firing. Receiver finish below safety has yet to earn a scratch, indicating very low usage. Mirror bright bore. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. (21-769/JZ). MODERN. $700-1,000.
