This STERLING SILVER pendant features an approximate 7.00 carat pear-cut, genuine prong-set blue topaz with a color between Sky Blue and Swiss Blue.& nbsp; This teardrop-shaped blue topaz dangles by jump rings from beneath the butterfly bail and has a small, polished accent diamond.& nbsp; The hidden bail (behind the butterfly) can accommodate an approximate ....mm chain.& nbsp; This pendant bears the hallmark & quot;DBJ& quot;, & nbsp; possibly for Jasco Designs Inc, New York, since around 1990.
