Bank of Bombay, uniface, 10 rupees, type 3, dated 8 September 1859, brown under print, denomination word in center BOMBAY below, Town hall of Bombay top in center and coat of arms of East India Company at middle in bottom, hand signed, serial no.: A5534 in English & Gujarati, denomination in all four corner, Urdu, Arabic, Marathi and Gujarati, statues of Rt. Hon. Mountstuart Elphinstone, Governor of Bombay (1819-1827) to left, and Sir John Malcolm, Governor of Bombay (1827-1830) to right. These statues are presently located in Town hall, Bombay printed by Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, J&R 1B.1.2.1.
