PITTSBURGH. Cal. 12 Ga. NSN. Bbl. 41” rnd. w/ bottom rib having makers name on top. They were working between 1865 & 1923 as a retailer & manufacturer of all types of guns. Percussion lock w/ flat faced hammer is marked “SUHL” under a crown. American walnut stock w/ steel buttplate mounted w/ German silver trigger guard, forend tip, bbl., bolt escutcheons & thimble. Hickory is held by 2 plain brass pipes. CONDITION: fair to good. Bbl. has scattered brown patina. Lock has blue over pinprick pitting. Stock refinished. Bore rusted. Lock works. (01-17500/MGM120). ANTIQUE. $300-400.
