Serial #19515 Caliber 30-40 US Krag, Manufactured 1895. Purchased by State of Colorado National Guard in 1895 from Winchester. Blue finished with oil finished walnut stocks. Originally configured as a musket with full length stocks and factory sling swivels and a ladder adjustable rear sight. Rifle has been period modified into a traditional rifle with barrel shortened, Sporting rear sight and ramped front sight. Marked on right side of receiver “COLORADO NATIONAL GUARD” Bore and action are fine, and wood is very fine as modified. ANTIQUE
