Muhammad Shah (1719-1748 AD) - silver rupee, Surat mint, RY5, 'carrot' mark on reverse, 10.94g.

Extremely fine, Very rare.

A highly unusual feature of this coin is the addition of a word 'Sarjat' / 'Sarabjit'? before the name of Muhammad Shah on obverse. It is possible that it is a cryptic way of writing AH dates.
