Muhammad Shah (1719-1748 AD), silver rupee, Jaisinghnagar mint (visible almost full), RY 24, unlisted in KM, 11.25g.

Sharp strike, Attractively toned specimen, Extremely fine, Very rare with full mint name visible.

The location of Jaisinghnagar is uncertain but it is most likely to be located in Northern Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. The mint appears to have run for about five years in the last decade of Muhammad Shah's reign. 'Jaisingh' was the name of the son of Chandrasen Jadhav, a prominent noble in the Nizam's court.
