By registering to bid online or in person with Blue Pacific Auctions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to participating in any auction.
PREVIEWING ITEMS
All item previews must be scheduled in advance. To book a preview time, please contact dannia@bluepacific.ca
. Appointments ensure safe, organized viewing and allow us to give each bidder the attention they need.
We strongly encourage all bidders to inspect items in person during the preview period. These are bailiff-seized and locker clear-out items, sold AS IS, WHERE IS – with no guarantees, warranties, or returns.
Test equipment where possible.
Use the online catalog as a general guide only.
No claims will be accepted after the sale for item condition, completeness, or functionality – regardless of whether an item was previewed.
BIDDING PROCESS
Once the auction begins, the auctioneer will announce each lot number and a brief description. Bidding is fast-paced – we recommend observing a few lots to understand the flow.
Bidding online is the same as raising your hand at a live auction – once you click “Bid,” you are committing to that price.
Choice Lots:
In some cases, items with similar descriptions may be offered with "choice." For example: "4 office chairs, your choice." The highest bidder gets to choose which and how many items they want at the winning bid price. Remaining items may be offered to backup bidders at the same price.
Note: Lot assignments cannot be changed once an item has been sold and recorded by the auction clerk.
PICK-UP & REMOVAL
Pick-up is by appointment only and must be scheduled once the auction concludes.
Buyers are responsible for bringing any tools, equipment, or help needed for removal.
Items must be removed within the specified time frame listed in the auction details and on your invoice.
Rescheduling Fee:
If you miss your scheduled pick-up time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply before you are allowed to participate in future auctions.
