Gupta Empire, silver drachm of Kumara Gupta I (415-450 AD), 'Western India' type, S Kumar Class I var., 2.09g. Obv: Profile bust of king to right. Rev: Garuda emblem in centre, dotted sun to right; Brahmi legend Parama Bhagavata Maharajadhiraja Shri Haku Gupta Mahendraditya around; full legend visible on the flan.

Extremely fine, Very rare.

The legend is wrongly engraved as 'Haku Gupta' instead of 'Kumara Gupta'.
