Kushans - copper unit of Vima Takto (c.80-110AD), uncertain mint in Baktria, Goebl 19.1, 12.36g. Obv: Helmeted and draped bust left, holding sceptre in raised hand; Kharosthi letter Vi to left and tamgha to right. Rev: King riding on horse, wearing local attire, facing right raising hand, tamgha to right: crude Greek legend BASILEOS… MEGAS around.

Very fine, Rare.

This variety (helmeted bust facing left) is much rarer than the usual variety of Vima Takto's coins, which show him facing right and wearing a radiate crown.
