Nayakas of Ikkeri (Bednur/Keladi), gold pagoda of Sadashiva Nayaka (1543-1570 AD), 3.28g. Obv: Shiva and Parvati seated. Rev: Nagri legend Sri/sa da shi/va in three lines, each separated by a double line.

Good very fine, Very scarce.

Although the coin is struck in the name of Sadashiva Nayaka the style of the reverse inscription indicates that it might be a later issue, perhaps struck by the Marathas.
